Project Scope:

Preparation of a comprehensive building regulations pack for a proposed single-storey side extension forming a new porch, along with single-storey side and rear extensions following the demolition of the existing side extension.

Delivery of a comprehensive, regulation-compliant pack that supported Building Control approval and provided clear guidance for contractors on site.

 

 

  • Detailed technical drawings and specifications to comply with current building regulations.

  • Coordination of structural details and integration with proposed architectural design.

  • Guidance on materials, insulation, drainage, and construction methods to ensure compliance and buildability.

  • Support for contractor pricing and submission to Building Control.

 

The documentation ensured a seamless transition from planning approval to construction, minimising delays and clarifying all technical requirements.
